Can Stock rom lollipop for z3c (europe)D5803 run on D5833 (asia)

since lollipop for z3c eurpoe version D5803 had launched for a week but the D5833 asia version didn't get an update..

If i flash rom by using D5803 to my D5833 model (unbranded, no carrier), it would run properly?

It might. (Only the engineers who designed the phones, or someone who tried it, can give you a definite answer.

If you don't mind bricking your phone, try it. But you should know how to recover it from a hard brick, it may not soft brick. (I'm serious about minding if your phone bricks. I soft-bricked mine about 12 times in one week, playing with ROMs. Wasted about an hour, that's all. And learned that there's only 1 ROM out there for my phone that I like.)
