AC Question

so i have the LG v10 and when i try to cut it on it only shows the "lifes good" thing. i dont have an warranty or anything like that. could it be the bootlooping or whatever. i done tried takin the battery out and let it sit for days, ive tried resetting it and everything. can this be fixed?

That definitely sounds like the dreaded bootloop. If you send it to LG and mention the word bootloop in your request they will usually fix it for free without a warranty.

Kixfan is right, they fixed mine for free. But if it's under a year since you bought it, your carrier should order you a replacement. But that will be a refurb, when you go through LG, they actually fix your phone.

I think you missed the OP - "i dont have an warranty or anything like that. "

Still try with LG service and be extra nice.

you dont need any warranty.. if your v10 has the bootloop they dont ask for anything.. just fill out the info on the lg repair site and then send it in and they will fix for free and send it back.. quickly too.. within like 7-10 business days usually
