Can you create a thumbnail screenshot for videos in your Gallery?

I have LOADS of videos (in my Gallery), where the thumbnail is either black or you can't really tell what it is... is there a (simple!) way/app where you can just go into the video and take a screenshot of what you'd like the thumbnail to be?
