Can You Identify this Android For me?

I don't even know if it's an android. My aim is to prove it isn't.

Low Quality picture, but it has a chrome bezel surrounding the phone, and a headphone jack dead center of the top.

So. Any takers?

That is impossible from that angle, but headphone jack on the top says not a blackberry. Actual model of the phone, no idea

My Droid Pro has a chrome bezel just like that and a headphone jack on top just like that. And it has a screen just like that (though mine is not set to maximum battery drain like that one). I think it is a picture of a Droid Pro. His middle finger is obscuring the keyboard.

In all honesty, i want to say thats a windows phone, not a android or blackberry. To be more specific, it almost looks like a samsung focus based on the color and the edges being curved as they are.
