Can you still get items if you didn't pre order?

I remember in the past, Samsung was pretty generous with their pre order gifts or specials. You were able to redeem them as long as you had proof from your given provider etc. Usually within a month of release or so.

I feel really stupid I didn't pre order and pretty much just bought me and my mom one. I really wanted air buds live or Xbox game pass.

Is it possible to still claim these things even if you didn't pre order? Has anyone heard of anyone able to do this?

I know Samsung has denied the claim because the date was out of range. You can always try, just be prepared to be denied and please don't come on and call Samsung names and say they are the worse company because of that since you know you're trying to get something outside the dates allowed.

Nah, I wouldn't call them anything. It is just a tad bit lame that so close to their release, after getting a $1300 dollar phone they still wouldn't honor it, considering how great they used to be at that. Used to be way more consumer friendly. Oh well.

Anyways, how would I go about trying to redeem it? To at least give it a shot.

I know time slipped past me. Super frustrating because I'm still supporting the product at launch. Anybody know of people who still were able to redeem without exactly a pre order? Or who maybe sent email or talked to chat support?

Very doubtful, that was the whole point of the pre-order to jump start sales. Can't hurt to try but I wouldn't have my expectations too high.

I didn't pre-order and was still able to take advantage of the $150 credit. They did have a "be one if the first 15,000 people in Canada" things going on though so it might be country related.

It showed I had the option of the buds live or the gaming pad and charging pad when I did my order.

They often do extend the pre-order offers, either locally or through carriers, just look out for it becoming available but definitely don't expect Samsung to validate a claim that isn't within the T&C's 100%.
The people validating these things have ZERO discretion and are more like robots than humans.

That's not at all how it went down for me. I got the Samsung app, went to offers and it had me put in imei. Said my phone was legible, then had me fill out details, date, and send in receipt. Which I did, but without the date.

It's been over 3 days and it still says your request is pending" still waiting.

No codes that I've seen....

Edit : I got the Samsung members app now but I don't see any of those coupons or offers. When I click on coupons or benefits none of those are there

Wow. That's amazing. 200?i thought it was 150? What about the Xbox game pass or galaxy buds live?

The extra 50 dollars was if you signed up for pre-order reservation.
