Canadian customers dealing with samsung

Anyone else having issues with Samsung getting any info on their gift redemption status? I sent in for it on the 19th, got the email saying it was received and would get another when it was approved.

Haven't received anything still, live chat has been useless, half the agents I've spoken too think the promo is through my carrier and not their issue at all. Others just say don't worry I will get it, how do I know that? Was told 1-2 business days for confirmation, obviously past that and nothing

It's not supposed to ship for 4-6 weeks so not too worried about not getting email right away. I'm in Canada as well.

Yea I prefer ordered and got it on launch day along with my 64gb evo plus card, but still waiting on Samsung for the gear fit 2. All I want is atleast the confirmation it went through lol

I JUST 3:26pm EST on Friday Aug 26th got an email from UPS saying that my Gear Fit 2 is on it's way, delivering on Monday the 29th, WOW that was great I submitted for it on Aug 20th.

Was just coming on here to say I got a delivery notice from ups, never got one from Samsung but I'm happy to know it's coming. Sept 1 for me

Yeah weird that it's from UPS and nothing from Samsung but either way it's good says that gear fit 2 is on its way. I checked out Kijiji there's like 20 adds lol there were none last week.

Been noticing that as well, works though as the wife is interested in getting one too so she can see if she likes it when mine comes in and score a deal from someone off loading theres
