Welcome to the all-new Android Central Forums! - We're still moving some things around, so you may see a few quirks here and there, but we're working on getting things fully completed as soon as possible. For now, take a look around, and if you run into any major issues, please let us know in this thread!
Maybe try going into your Backup and Restore, and run a Reset Network Settings.
After that, reboot into recovery and try to manually clear your cache.
I'm glad that helped. Thanks! It works! I contact the customer support and they tell me to factory reset every time.
Not that I am aware of.Is this a known issue?
Other than fixing your problem how has your phone been after doing a reset?I have just done a hard reset.
