Cannot cast from Google Play Music app

I am running Google Play Music v. 5.2.1233L.870763 on a Galaxy S3 with Android 4.1.2. The app plays songs on the phone, and connects to the chromecast successfully, but every time I try to cast a song from the app, I receive the message "Couldn't play the track you requested." The songs are in the cloud, not on the device. Youtube and Netflix cast just fine.

Still an issue I guess. I can cast from the chrome browser on my desktop, but not my Nexus...
