Cannot factory reset QTE tablet

My QTE tablet fell off an unsteady table. Now, when I power it up, the touchscreen doesn't work. (There are other physical problems as well--cracked screen and constant overheating). I tried doing a factory reset, but I can't even do that--the menu won't come up. Is my tablet broken beyond repair, or is there some way to resuscitate it?

It sounds like your tablet has some physical issues. A factory reset is not going to resolve those. You could see if a repair shop can help you but I have a feeling repairs are going to cost at least as much as that device cost to purchase in the first place.

Are you worried about your data still being on that device if you discard or recycle it?

How long have you had this tablet? Maybe it's time for a new one.
