Cannot give early upgrade on 4g phones?

I called verizon, first lady was reluctant. The second was a guy who was really nice, and he said i can't give you an early upgrade on any 4g phone or the iphone... so basically i downgrade to a phone? or i have to wait 1 month to upgrade? come on verizon, iv'e been a loyal customer, paid on time... wtf. Ill call again in a little bit.

Tell them your phone is messed up and you want to get a new one and was thinking of going to at&t and canceling your line when it was up next month.

Worked for me before but it was the truth. Worth a shot anyway

I did, said this is my 2nd thunderbolt, im only 1 month away. The first lady was like, i can give you a refurb... god i hated her. The other three were nice but each said the same thing, we cant give you an iphone or any 4g phone for an early upgrade...but the last one did say " go talk to a store manager to see if he approves it."

So...they thought a refurb would solve your problem even though the refurb might have the same issues then told you to go to a store and talk to a manager because "who knows. It might work"?

Tried again and no go. I'm done trying. Gonna have to wait till March I guess. My incredible is still working great anyway, 14 hours of battery life and still 79 percent. LOL. I just wanted the bigger screen. No big deal I guess.

Does your account have an early upgrade? Thought vz did away with the program. Doubt they're saying no to an lte or iPhone, as both would be availible at the end of a 2 year contract renewal

My contract ends in a month.. i wanted an early upgrade because i hate my dam thunderbolt already. Wanted the rezound but i think im gona take a droid 3, then go exchange it in stores... he he he...
