Cannot hear the coming voice in the tape recording a incoming call

[Android Central Question]

I installed AZ Screen Recorder in my Motorola 6 smartphone. Someone called over the mobile phone network. I recorded the call using AZ Screen Recorder. However, when I tried to play the recording, I can hear only my voice. I could not hear the voice of the person who called me.

Please help me to fix this issue. This was the long interview for research purpose. It was very difficult to arrange that interview again.

Not sure why you would use a screen recorder app to try to record a phone call. The developer states "AZ Screen Recorder is an app to record everything that happens on the screen of your Android device". It is wise to test any app you download to make sure it will meet your requirements.

Seems like you used the wrong app, you need a call recorder app. Be aware, not all call recorder apps work well so best to do some research.

Try using Call Recorder instead.
