My problem because of which i am **removed by moderator** is that i cannot select my WiFi connection because that Wifi Setup Step has just 'vanished' on my BOD4 firmware, and it skips to Tap & Go setup which is seriously stupid. I dont have 3G in my area and i cannot complete the steps on this stupid phone. I have reflashed official firmware from kies as well. Any help please???

You should be able to "skip" or "setup later". This will allow you to get to the home screen and from there, go to system settings > wireless & networks > WiFi. Choose the WiFi account and login with the credentials.

Thanks for the reply. Is this wifi step deliberately skipped or is this a bug in the firmware? can you tell me is this in all the people's galaxy s5 lollipop firmwares?

No. You appear to have the non 4G/LTE, octa core, model, G900H for the Middle east, South Africa, etc: Try wiping the cache partition in Recovery Mode.

I agree with the above suggestion. Perform that and let us know how that works.

unfortunately, it didnt help a bit. I even reflashed it again and factory reset. But still same s**t i had to go through. So it means the fw is at fault?

plus if i set it up later at homescreen, will it be like same thingy if i set it up from setup screens?

My Model is SM-G900H, Location Pakistan, phone was purchasing on retail (factory unlocked - not through carriers) and exact firmware is G900HXXU1BOD4

Strange! My phone gives 3 lines of information under, "Version". AP:, CP: and CSC:
