Can't access Exchange calendars after ICS update

We received the 4.0.3 ICS update for our Xoom yesterday. Overall, it's a tremendous improvement over Honeycomb. We are, however, having one nagging problem. We can't access calendars from Exchange. Everything else works -- email, contacts, etc. Any ideas what's going on? I can work around the problem with Touchdown for the calendar function, but would prefer to use the native app if I can.
