My first post and need help please.
I have just bought a four month old barely used tablet and when received I charged it up and entered my wifi connection details when requested and appeared to have got a good connection. However, that's where it all stopped. The screen remains blank apart from showing the fact that I have a good connection and the 'return' arrow at the bottom just takes me back to the welcome sign again. According to the set up guide the tablet should boot up with a whole raft of things showing but all I get is the black screen with the WiFi info. Any idea please on how to get past this?
