Can't add google account

OK, so I've been trying with no avail for the past few months, to add my newest google account. Every time I try, it says that the username and password do not match. I am 100% sure that they match, I've verified this via web. Its just crazy, I seem to be able to sign into my GMAIL, on the mobile browser, but not to add my account to my phone or tablet.
I've tried the verify by captcha thing, but it didn't give me a captcha, so maybe I've already verified in the past?? Idk, but this very frustrating.

I've tried all of that. My 2 step verification is off.

Shot in the dark, but try going to Settings>Accounts, remove your main Google account, then try adding the secondary Google account as if it were the primary one.

How about completely changing the password to your secondary Google account, then trying to add it to the device?

I'm going to try that tonight, I'm about to be in the gulf again tonight. Rebuilding a reef lol.
