Can't Change Firmware

Good Day!

I need to flash device Samsung Galaxy Note II (AT&T). Device was bought in USA, need to use in Ukraine. There no Russian language, so I need to change firmware.

Device:
Model number: SAMSUNG-SGH-I317
Android version: 4.1.1
Baseband version: I317UCALJ2
Kernel version:
3.0.31 - 215284

Build number: JRO03C.I317UCALJ2

I'm trying to flash with Odin3 v.3.07 with firmware "N7100XXDMC3_N7100OXEDMC3_N7100XXDLK7_HOME.tar.md5 "
