Can't Change Sound Default Notification Ringtone!

I've had my notification sound on "Vega" for some time but recently I wanted to change it to an MP3 or a sound from the default list, however when I do change it through the settings, it still plays "Vega".

Anyone know how to fix this. Thanks.

Welcome to Android Central! So when you're in the Settings>Sound>Notifications menu, when you select any of the tones to hear a sample, they all play Vega?
