can't control netflix

going on for abt a week did standard restart and reset. no change. shows notification for Netflix but if I hit pause doesn't do anything. just changes symbol from play to pause. running Netflix on Chromecast. any ideas

I've noticed that if my phone's screen is off, this kind of thing usually happens. If I turn the phone screen on, don't even have to unlock.. The watch controls start working again. Haven't ever really found a solution for this one .

I didn't know you could control Netflix. There an application for it assume?

well, if u cast Netflix thru Chromecast a notification card shows up on Wear. all u can do is play and pause.

hey this is off topic, but I have seen u on a lot of threads. do u know anyway I can mute my phone( no vibe or noise) but still get all my notifications on wear? I'm running lollipop on moto x 14 with 360. thanks

This is sadly an issue on lollipop... I've kinda gotten used to the new "none, priority, all" system, but I am not sure how to do what your looking for .

I'd look into third party apps like augmented smartwatch pro, but even they may not be able to accomplish this.
