Please install history eraser and clear you clipboard....just resolved the problem by doing so...it is due to the clipboard is full and no other way around to clean the clipboard...

What happened is simple: you installed the latest phone system update from smasung right? After installing that those...people...took away the right for you to copy and paste to your sd card.
