Question Can't disable that kind of square

Hello everyone.
As you can see in the screenshot I've posted, I've been trying to disable that kind of little square on the left side of the screen since it appeared yesterday afternoon. It only comes up when I rotate the phone horizontally at every single app I run for.
How can I solve it? It's and android device , Honor Magic Pro 200.

Have you tried rebooting the phone?

Welcome to Android Central! If it persists after a reboot, try booting into Safe Mode, which will disable any 3rd party app. If it goes away in Safe Mode, that means something you installed is causing the problem. To narrow down the app, you can look in the system settings for the "Display Over Other Apps" option (typically in Settings>Apps>Special App Access).

Agree with safe mode make sure not 3rd party, also check magnifier in web browser or in Android settings and do you use developer settings?
