Can't find 'Dirty Paper' Clock

I've searched all over for it and it may have been removed. hack_tc posted it in the picture on the thread about screenshots. Does anyone have it and know where I can find it?

It looks like a beautiful widgets clock skin. Last I knew, getjar has it for free if you're unwilling to pay the $3 for this excellent app.
