Can't get my phone out of TalkBack mode

I have a Motorola Moto E running kitkat 4.4.4. It somehow got into Talkback mode and now I can't swipe the screen to get into Settings. I did a factory reset, but it's still there! How can I change the settings when I can't get to them?

Welcome to the forums. Try swiping with two fingers at the same time to navigate through the settings, and a double or triple tap to select the different options. The TalkBack feature can be found in the accessibility settings. Tell us how it goes.
