So I still can't get the new update because it says I have "no network"
When I really do
So does that mean I still have the unlimited hotspot feature for free ?

Another question if we still have the free unlimited hotspot feature can we use it in 3g also?

You have to try enabling it to see if you still have it for free. I lost my free hotspot before I updated so it is hit or miss. If it lets you enable it and doesn't prompt you to call, then its still free. And it works for 3G and 4G, it just shares whatever you are receiving.

Yes, if they don't warn you that you will be charged then they cannot charge you for it.
