Cant lock my phone using Lock screen and security

[AC Question]

When I try and set my lock screen to anything besides swipe to unlock, it will not register it. For example, I set up for pin & Once I lock my phone, it can be unlocked with just a swipe. I've tried the other lock options like the pasword and pattern but I have the same outcome. I've update my J5 from lolipop to marshmallow recently.

There was a discussion shortly after the update landed concerning this issue but I don't remember where the discussion took place.
One individual found a solution by disabling an app. called "Call lock" but if you have already perused the Safe Mode option and found no joy. I would say this option has been ruled out. Unless locks are separate and abide by different rules.
A second individual's final solution, involved going the route of "Odin" and re-flashing a stock Rom but I don't remember if he went back to his old OS, or just re-flashed the current OS version.

I also tried that method 2 times. re flash my curent os(marsmellow) with 'odin' method and 'smart share'

Close to stumped on this one.:-\ You don't use this phone for work, do you? That is, it doesn't have any special security credentials for work?

Problem solved.
I complained about ths to samsung &
Ystrday i recieved a small updat from samsung. Nw its working. I can lock my phone nw.
