Can't Login with Xolo secure to Google Account

[AC Question]

Am using xolo secure app in my Xolo A500L.3weeks ago made factory reset.after that i tried to login to xolo secure.but Google does't allow it to login and told me to get administrator help which is useless for me.because of it i lost my sms/contact backup.is there any way to get it back.
