Can't move photos from HP Chromebook 14 to MicroSD Card?

I have an HP Chromebook, S/N: 5CD931187P. I bought a micro sd card for the Chromebook so I can transfer the photos on the Chromebook to the micro sd card. The micro sd card is a Samsung Evo Plus, Class 10, 32 GB. According to the Chromebook user guide, you're supposed to be able to just insert the sd card, click on the sd card, then drag and drop photos onto it. But I can't click on the photos to drag and drop them.

Where are the photos that you want to move located? Are they in the Downloads folder under My Files (when you're using the Chromebook's file manager app)?

What happens when you try to drag and drop? Do you get an error message, or is it just that nothing happens?

Can you try another SD card? It's possible the one you're trying is corrupt, or possibly counterfeit (a relatively common problem, especially if you didn't get it from a major retailer).

Hi B. Diddy, So, I didn't realize I had to save the downloaded photos before I moved them to the sd card. After I saved them, they dragged and dropped onto the sd card. Thanks for trying to help. Appreciate it. ??????
