Can't play video's on Verizon network, only wifi

Went to play a youtube video yesterday and couldn't log into youtube and couldn't play any videos. Went to foxnews and can't play videos there either, so I assume can't play them anywhere. Phone was set to wifi off, so running over Verizon network. Turned wifi on, and everything works fine, youtube or not. When on the Verizon network, the video load just clocks and when it finally fails it says "connection to server lost. Touch to retry.". Network mode is "LTE/CDMA" and Data is enabled. All other things Internet seem to work fine. Anyone have any idea what is going on?
