Hi. My daughter has the Samsung S5 and when she goes to messages, clicks the paperclip and tries to add an image from gallery the screen goes white for a few seconds then a message pops up saying, "You turned off permissions for the storage. To edit, go to App settings. I hv checked all her apps that would relate to messages, camera, gallery and all permissions are on. She can take a picture in messages and send it and she can go to gallery and select a pic and share via messages. Pls provide step by step instructions to correct issue. Thanks in advance for your help.

I followed your directions and everything is ON. Including SMS. I even turned the SMS off and then back on and Im still getting that message. Any other ideas? Whn i go to all permissions it tells me what each thing under gallery has permission to do. For instance under SMS in gallery it only says "Allows the app to read SMS messages stored on your phone or SIM card. This allows the app to read all SMS msgs, regardless of content or confidentiality." Under Storage- "modify or delete the contents of - Allows the app to write to the SD card and it also has read the contents of your SD Card. The phone doesn't hv a SD Card installed right now.
