can't send video through whatsapp on HTC 10

I'm using my HTC 10 for 3 weeks already, and there is this issue, the only thing I can't send videos through whatsapp.
Always showing : ' try another video'

Can someone help me please?

I had the same problem, the issue with me is that is was trying to send a video that was recorded in 4k, I had checked off box for hi-res audio.

You can always record via whatsapp, simply hit attachment icon and your set.
