I recently reset my google password. I can sign in with no issues on my computer and on my phone that I regularly use.
I have a backup phone that has Freedompop free account and I can't sign in on that one. It is a very old Android phone, Kyocera Hydro Icon.
When I try to sign in it says "Couldn't Sign in. To access your account you must sign in on the web. Touch next to start your browser sign in."
When I go to browser sign in I enter my info and it asks for my phone number for 2-step verification.
I enter my number, it sends a text to my other phone and then I use the code for verification on the Kyocera.
It then loops back to the original "Couldn't sign in..." screen.
What do I need to do?
