Can't sign in to phone, stuck on 'Checking Info'

This is my 1st post!

I recently got a problem where my G3 wouldn't be listed as a device under my google play on pc. I found a post telling me that the fix is to clear data from the google play application and anything associated. After I did that, I restarted my phone, and my google app had an error code (RH-01). This kind of got me agrivated, as I have never gotten any of these problems before. I did.more research, and found that you would have to sign out of your phone, then sign back in. I signed out, but when I went to sign back in, it goes to something new and says 'Checking Info' on a blue and white page. It has never brought me to that page when I log in, usually it's a black page with everything you need to sign in. I don't like it if it a new update for google's program. I tried signing in as email, selecting gmail, but it says account is invalid. I know that the credentials were right, but my phone is just messing up.

Setting up an email account has nothing to do with Play. Add a Google account (the 'g') if you want to use Google's services.

I know, the thing is I can't sign in to my phone, it says checking info and that's it. This is when I click add account or openanything related to email

I had the same problem in my meizu mx4 pro after I upgraded firmware and I solved it by downloading "google installer" from meizu store and installing it

SOLUTION FOUND: I had the same problem. After searching many articles and trying almost everything, i found a solution which worked.

From a separate device which already works with your gmail, disable the captcha authentication.. Then try again on the new device and it might work to not get stuck anymore. It worked for me

I created a new profile just to say Thank You. This post was what I've been looking for for a week now, totally solved my problem.

Hi guys,

From your other phones please push into these three files :

i)Google play services
ii)Google play
iii)Google account manaer
iii)Google framework

using bluetooth app sender, as it lists all files or apps in your android system.

Install i) and ii) and make sure updates are done too if any. REBOOT.

Then try google play. Hope this helps
