Can't turn off call end alert on my S8

In CALL SETTINGS > CALL ALERTS > STATUS TONES I have both call connection and call ending settings in the OFF position. I get no tone when a call connects, but I am still getting a tone every time a call ends. Verizon support was unable to help me.
 
Are you using the stock dialer? Do you have any phone call screening apps installed?
 
Good job, methodman89. No nailed it on the first try. I was using Hiya to screen calls. Just uninstalled it. Problem solved. Now I'm left with another problem. I want a call screener. Can I reinstall Hiya and configure it another way that won't cause the same issue? Or is there another screener that you're aware of that's as good or better?
