can't turn off screen timeout

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, and would like to be able to turn OFF the screen timeout, but the only options I have are 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minutes, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, and 10 minutes. What gives, where is the option to turn it off, so the screen will NOT timeout, I know I know it can be a huge battery drain if you forget to turn your screen off but that has never been a problem for me, but there are games I have that I would like to leave open in order for things to get done, and then go off and do something else, and in the past there has been the option to turn OFF screen timeout, so where did the stick it for the S7 Edge?

Welcome to Android Central! There's no native setting to keep the screen awake forever. There's a Developer Option that can do that, but it requires the phone to be plugged into a charger. Instead, you can install a 3rd party app like Stay Alive!

Well it would also cause screen burn if it doesn't time out globally, if you forget it on.
Personally I just use Tasker to automatically change timeouts depending on what application is running in the foreground. Basically I have set Tasker to change timeout to 6hrs if I have a certain game running, but as soon as I exit the game it goes back to 30sec.

CAn you elaborate on "tasker" is this a built in app that i don't see or a specific 3rd party, thanks to the Pie update on my S9+ Pokemon go has become unplayable at my desk while i work. it keeps going to sleep and then requires the specific swipe frm the lock button to unlock. it's maddening.
