cant unlock or sign in to my S10

[Android Central Question]

After i charged up my S10, i cannot unlock it. Rather than the normal unlock numeral key pad, it displayed a full qwerty screen. From there, no matter what I put in, the phone cannot be unlocked.

I saw similar problem being posted in other forum but there is no answer.

Can someone share if you have the same happened to your Samsung S10 and how did you resolve it?

Try safe mode , if not did you sign into your Samsung account? If so you can remotely unlock your device here otherwise Factory reset in recovery
