Can't unroot

I rooted my phone using a guide here. I then after using some roms flashed the "leaked" 4.0.4 update to my phone. after i did that super user no longer works and neither does booting into recovery and i can not make a back up either. So i tried going back to stock to then reroot it but that does not work either. does anybody have any idea how i can fix this. I read somewhere that i need to flash an update to superuser, but i can't boot into recovery to flash that update. Can somebody please help me. this is getting really annoying

Use Wugs toolkit and reroot. When you flashed the update it unrooted your phone. I had the same issue.
