Can't upload photos to social media?

I haven't been able to upload my photos to facebook or twitter. When try to I add a picture it just takes me back to the fb/twitter home page. They upload onto instagram fine but that's it. What's going on?

EDIT: Facebook suddenly works.

It is probably a temporary issue. It lasts in a few days
