Can't view photos

Hey I just got my s5 I love it but I can't view photos that were sent by message and its really annoying I clicked the download button but still no luck . Or Maby it saves to a different location . I Live in Ireland And use Vodafone if that helps .. Any replies will help

hmmm... that seems weird have you tried opening the gallery to see if the images are visible over there ??? If you still can't find any then try going to the file manager>sdcard0>downloads. If you have downloaded the pictures from the message it should be downloaded over here. Let me know if you encounter further issues.

Hey em I'm a noon and can't find sdcard0 I go to File manager>device storage>and use the search bar and type in sdcard 0 and the is no results

Device storage and SD card are two different things. Go into "My Files" in your application folder. There you will find SD card.

If the pictures you receive via messages are the only ones you can't view, give Go SMS Pro a try and tell it to always save the incoming pix to the Gallery.

Hey FB, I'm new and can't figure out how to do my own post yet. But you seem to know what you are talking about, so I'll ask you. I took pix with my new ZTE Valet. But they are in the Gallery and not on my SC card. When I try to download to my laptop it say the SC card is empty. So how do I either download from Gallery or move my pix to the SC card?
