I love the latest update to the One X. 50 extra pixels of that beautiful screen and no more ugly menu bar, I'll take it!
I've read a lot of articles from experts that I find kinda funny. They love not having that ugly menu bar wasting valuable screen real estate at the bottom of screen yet, they still prefer the on screen buttons of the nexus. Forgive me if I'm not too bright, but doesn't that just put the 50 pixels of black bar right back on the screen?
I love the capacitive buttons. I got a large screen phone for content, not buttons. The GNex screen is 4.5" but it's really only about 4.3" viewable. I'll take the extra 1/2 inch of real estate for web browsing, etc!

I agree, I love the capacitive buttons more than the on-screen, and I had the Verizon Galaxy Nexus last. It's not a huge deal that they were there, but like you said, you gain just that much more screen real estate.

50 extra pixles.? Thats not possible.. at least i dont think so.. adding pixles cant be possible cause the screen is already made, cant be done with an ota update. If it were possible it would have to be done thru manufacturing it.

I'm pretty sure he means that those 50 pixels are no longer used by the menu bar that appears at the bottom of apps, not the screen itself getting bigger.
