CapitalOne integration is broke on Samsung Pay

Is anyone else having issues getting their CapitalOne to activate on their Gear S3? I reset my watch because it wasn't displaying battery levels on the quick connect but now it won't let me verify my CapitalOne cards. When I click open app it says not installed and offers taking me to Google Play to download and that doesn't even open Google Play. I have both the CaptialOne app and the CaptialOne Wallet app on my phone. Citibank and PNC work fine.

My capital one card still shows as active and I suspect if the integration were broken it would be removed from the watch.

Suggest to call capital one support.. They are surprisingly good with Samsung pay support.

I have 3 Cap1 cards on my S8+ and my S3. I also have both Cap1 apps on my phone. Is Samsung Pay listed under your Info in Samsung Gear? Did you reconnect the watch after reset?

Yes, I've reset a few times and re-setup as well. I think it is because I have done it so much it is flagging somewhere. AMEX locks down my card so I have to unlock via call to the fraud department.

I got mine on Friday and I have tried to add my Capital One cards to the app, but I keep getting the Install App message. I have the app installed and they have registered just fine through the phone app.

I still can't get it to work. My ticket with SamsungPay support is still in in progress.

Will do. Not sure how long it will take. I still can't figure out why my battery indicator keeps disappearing from my quick connect. It just did that again and the only fix I found is a full reset of the watch, which I have to do every 1-2 weeks and why I have to keep setting up Samsung Pay in the first place. It looks like Samsung Pay 2.9 for the phone has send to Gear, so maybe when that is released in the US it will make it easier at least.

Same problem here. I just called Cap1 tech support & they verified the card for me.

Did it feed to your watch as verified though? I tried that and it didn't seem to verify still, but I'll try again if it worked for you since I've reset another time since then.

Yes. My Cap1 card is now showing in Samsung Pay on my watch with the rest of my cards.

I called and specifically asked for tech support this time, they were able to text my cell and once I verbally provided the code they sent through the verification. I also learned from Citibank to try to provide the last 4 of the digital card to make sure they are looking at the right request to validate. I still haven't heard back from SamsungPay, but if I have to reset my watch again, I'm going straight to CaptialOne to validate it. Thanks for the advice ougum!
