I've owned the Turbo for three weeks. Like clockwork, my Verizon branded car charger develops major discontinuity every 7th day. So, I have been swapping. It happened again today; 7th day. The cord and connection are not twisted, no additional tension created at charger port, it isn't my car, so what could it be? I'm extremely conscious to be mindful that I don't stress the male/female connection port nor is the cord twisted. I'm frustrated and at a loss. Any ideas?

Not sure why folks are trying to sway you away from the one you have. Just return it, as it's pretty certain to be defective.

I just got this car charger a week or so ago. It's certified for the Turbo and charges almost as fast as the home turbo charger.

I've been tempted to purchase the Powermod.. but I have limited space where my cigarette lighter is located. Could you maybe post a picture of the Powermod plugged in in your vehicle? Would much appreciate it. Thanks!

I will try to get a picture tomorrow. It's average size I would say, just need a bit of room right behind it for the USB cable to plug in. :-)

That's what I figured as it is the norm. Thank you for the reply and for the future picture. :)
