Car stereo connecting issue

Ive set up my P20 Pro via Bluetooth to my car stereo.

However when I come back the next day it has unchecked the media audio option but the phone audio option and connect sharing option remains connected ..

I have to go back into the Bluetooth settings all the time and recheck the media audio option to get it working again

Any tips

Also have you tried deleting the profile from your phone, AND from the car and then doing the pairing process again?
