Credit card company fraud department denied the charge and never notified me nor did Verizon follow up. Well, there goes my getting up at 4am PST on June 6 and my July 5-6 delivery. I am pissed!
Was it an Am Ex? I posted a few hours ago that happened to me to. I received an email notification from Verizon to call them for a payment issue and was able to change my credit card with them and have them process my payment while I waited - all before Am Ex notified me they have denied the charge and I had to contact them.

My order is now being processed. I also used AmEx. Keeping my fingers crossed now. The charge is showing up in pending charges, though, so that's a good sign I think.That's the exact same message I received. Then a half hour later I received one saying they couldn't process my payment. Meanwhile I called (like you are) and was told Am Ex was denying the charge, probably due to a fraud alert. Stay on the phone!

Damn the holiday!Well, my card was process at 5pm after I had the credit card changed, but I have not received a shipping notification yet (or ANY email). So I called about around 7pm and was told the shipping time cut off is 4:30 pm and mine should go out Thursday. Fingers crossed.

That's what mine changed to after they charged my credit card.
Not sure if they did that for everyone or people whose orders shipped.
