Case-Mate totally ripped off the Spigen Neo Hybrid

Just saw the Case-Mate Slim Tough case in a T-Mobile store and its just like the S4 version of the Neo Hybrid. Went online to Spigen and there are some subtle differences, other than the dotted back v plain but its almost the same.

Who knows, there are probably just a few actual makers and they just rebrand this overpriced plastic.
