Case or Naked?

I'm waiting on my case to arrive for the pixel 6. This thing is slippery otherwise.

I ordered a thin clear case from Spigen.

Yeah, I'm waiting on a case, too, before I use it on a regular basis. I have been able to play with only. I'm definitely not leaving the house with it before a case gets slapped on it for sure.

Case for risky situations (involving alcohol mostly) but otherwise naked. I have had a few battle scars over the years but not many and I think am more careful subcounsciously.

I prefer them as nature intended.

Normally I dislike cases, but I have ordered the bellroy leather case, because of how slippery the phone is with dry hands.

The added weight from all the glass and the large battery make it even scarier.

Caseless on my P6Pro. I can't stand cases and how they make an already heavy phone heavier. It is slippery, so I might skin it with DBrand, but other than that caseless all the way.

My Encased Falcon Armor case arrived before my P6Pro (thank you Amazon). I've used Encased holster cases on my last two Pixel phones (2XL & 4XL), but this case/phone combo is a brick. My last two cases were much slimmer, but they didn't have to hide this camera bump. I must say I do like the fact that back is now flush.

I got my case (bellroy) yesterday and I like it. It is much less slippery now.

Other threads contain the usual carping criticism found in all discussions of this type.

For those wanting to go naked, perhaps Mobile Outfitters will have a full shield wrap that will maintain the clean careless look while adding some grippiness. This outfit is mall kiosk only but there may be others like Zagg.

I got the Spigen Tough Armor Designed for Google Pixel 6 Case from Amazon. Won't leave home without it.

Case. I got a Spigen from Amazon. Waiting on the Google case to ship in December.

No screen protector. Ever.

I mentioned on another post. I've had the google case on my pro since I got the phone. Took it off maybe twice. I swear there are slight marks from the case around the edge. Also any type of solid grit that got under the edge left faint marks. Wondered if anyone noticed this?

May try a flip style case for the first time. Anyone else? TIA

I never thought I'd have any situation where I'd want one, but got the 'smart' flipcase for the S20 FE and actually liked it a lot, though it lacked protection from anything more than scratches. Flipping the lid off wasn't really an issue.

I have a differently styled case on the way for the 6 Pro, (fake) leather flip with a couple of card slots. This was the only one I found that keeps closed by magnets alone, vs having a strap that extends around the side to a magnetic latch. I don't have high hopes for it, but am open to being pleasantly surprised - will post when I have it (though would welcome feedback from anyone who already does).

Of course, when I ordered it (10/29) the only seller was shipping from China, and now it's in stock shipping from Amazon via Prime after mine had already shipped so I couldn't cancel it...

Are the marks simply scuff marks that buff out with a cloth? Or are they actual scratches?

I've swapped cases a few times and I take the case off to swap out the Sim between my zfold³ and my pixel pro... no scratches here.
