Im thinking about picking up a speck grip white and black from att. Looks durable and not bulky to

I just put my phone in the carbon fiber Incipio dualpro case at AT&T and I really liked it. Nice snug fit, and still keeps the curve of the phone. It is not as thick as the otterbox. I think this is the one I'm getting, does anyone know if there is a coupon code for Incipio?

Just got the incipio feather. Fits perfect. I actually think it makes the phone feel even more solid, if that is even possible.

Why would be surprises they dont? It's common sense that the clear film offers zero protection against impacts from drops.

With the increasing popularity of full body protectors, I'd assume more would go that route. I'm careful with my phone, I know folks who are extremely careless. I guess different strokes for different folks.

Any one with the otterbox defender?? Are there cut outs for the speakers?? And how does the touchscreen feel through the protector??

I have to travel in a crowded mumbai local everyday (you tube it to understand how bad it can get) so protection is a must have liked otter box cases so hope someone can give a hands on perspective
Yes, there are cutouts for everything that needs to be exposed. Otterbox (defender) even widened the bottom speaker cutout to leave the back and home button uncovered. It seems to be good protection without being too bulky. The touchscreen feel through the screen protector feels great. I was somewhat worried about that too, because the protector seems quite thick. I suppose that is a good thing.

I may end up with a Speck grip because I'm forgoing insurance... btw, Speck makes fantastic cases (saved my 3gs more than once) BUT they do add a few mm to the dimensions of the phone. It's pretty surprising actually. See if they'll let you try it on first? I have heard a lot of people that don't like speck because they find it bulkier than they want. Just gotta decide on protection vs looks/feel.

heres my phone with the otterbox commuter case

I currently have the Otterbox Defender case. I got it today from Bestbuy and I'm going to return it tomorrow. To me it adds a lot of bulk and I don't think that the the screen registers touches that well with the the case on. So I'm going to order me a Diztronic case instead.

For anyone that has used Seidio cases, does the material inside the case scratch or leave marks on the phone and does the kickstand become loose over time? Thanks in advance.
When they used the plastic kickstand it became a bit loose but still usable. The case I had was the Active innocase and its been on my Sensation for 2yrs. It hasnt scratched it a bit but the rubber insert has left some minor rubber marks that come off just by rubbing it slightly. But they use metal kickstands now I havent used them since they switched from the black plastic kickstands to metal. I like these cases because they add heft and girth to devices that feel too thin and slippery to me. My Sensation is considered fat but too me its always been too thin and these cases have grips on the sides that aid in a secure grip and feel and add weight and a feel i just really like.

Has anyone chosen to go work the HTC Double Dip hard shell case? They have it in the sprint store and it looks pretty cool in person. Anyone using it?

Do you think it's thicker then the otterbox commuter? I guess I'll try both on and see

I bought the same case but am having issues with the USB cables I have. The ends on the cables are a little thicker than average and won't plug in without removing the case (which is a bit difficult). Otherwise, I really like this case.

Here's the Speck GemShell Case:

Just got my one and the HTC double dip hard shell case. Love both. Keeps the phone slim and adds a great deal of grip. Seriously consider it! All ports and everything is accessible and it doesn't muffle the speakers at all.

I picked up a clear Telus gel skin for my new One. I like having my phone be a little grippier, protects the back when I set it down and being clear it doesn't hide the beautiful job HTC has done on the phone.

AT&T store here in Bend didn't have a huge case choice but decent. I went with the Incipio Gel case because it's brushed-metal backing echoes the cool back our cases hide. (I'm also told by many here I wasted bucks on a screen protector - those things NEVER lay down without bubbles and I'll probably strip the thing off - IF I ever get a scratch, oh well, don't want to hide the beauty;-) One thing I DO note negative-wise is that while the sides are firm, the rubber at the top and bottom are pretty flimsy...;-/

I am careful with my phone too, but accidents can happen at any time.

Actually, from what I can tell of that commuter picture someone posted, the Speck grip case should be a bit thinner. Alternatively, if you don't need the "grip" part, you could get the regular candyshell and it would be even a little bit thinner than that. The candyshell is what I used on my 3gs-- they didn't have the candyshell grip back then.

Had issues with poetic shipping my cases, so I cancelled. Got this 10 dollar one from eBay, instead. Love it!
Fits better than MJ's glove used to. Adds no noticeable weight to the phone. Very grippy, but doesn't collect pocket fuzz. :D
