I just bought this case for 10 bucks but forgot to inspect the pictures fully and realized that the ir blaster is covered I hope this doesn't effect it.

Anyone know of a nice leather pouch that fits the HTC nice and snug?

I've used these for years, going back to Blackberry days, and I really feel they are the best.

I've just about decided to go naked with this one, but I may get a Barely There case, just to be on the safe side.

I bought the Diztronic Matte Back Black Flexible TPU Case on Amazon for $12.50 figuring what could I lose, since I wanted something to protect right away. It's OK, but I don't like it. It's thin, the holes are in the right place, the volume rockers are OK, but I hate the way it feels. The back corner edges have groves that make the phone lose that smooth angled feeling. The grooves on the front corners aren't helping either. It also has a very smooth texture that makes it feel like it could fall out of your hands fairly easily. It will work for now, but my search continues.

I agree and it doesn't seem to fit securely, mine went straight back, the HTC hard shell case is also a loose fit

I've got the official hard shell case and it fits very snug. Maybe yours was defective?

I agree. The official hard shell is great and much better than I thought it would be. I'm very glad I got it. I'm a case junkie and I don't think I will buy another case for my One.

Had issues with poetic shipping my cases, so I cancelled. Got this 10 dollar one from eBay, instead. Love it!
Fits better than MJ's glove used to. Adds no noticeable weight to the phone. Very grippy, but doesn't collect pocket fuzz.

I just ordered all of the flip cases on Amazon.com for the one. I'll come review them when they get here. The Nillkin Leather flip cover is the one I'm thinking will work best for me. We shall see.

Appears to have ended..:/ it was like 11 bux buy it now, when I got it. There were 15-20 in stock at the time. Thing to note: does cover the power button (ir blaster). I don't use the tv tool, though. However, if you do I think an exacto knife could fix it easily.

Waiting for a Vaja case, haven't bought one in years, but the One deserves the best!
They have one for the iphone 5 that would be perfect Premium Slim Leather Case for the iPhone 5
If enough people request one from them, perhaps they'll consider making one for the HTC... (I already submitted a request )
(although that particular case looks like it just sticks to the back of the phone, might not be
possible with a curved back... but I'm sure they could produce something that would fit)

Not sure, If they are clear then they are very clear, It does look as though they are cut out but for some reason i would assume that would be more hassle to produce! If i had to guess i would say clear but no idea tbh mate

 

[Digging my htc]

I work in construction. Home building. I work around heavy sawdust pretty often. The HTC I currently have is protected with a bodyglove case that I stuff in a leather pouch. The phone looks brand new when I take it out of it's case. I wonder if the double dip HTC case will fit in a senacase leather pouch. Does anyone else use a leather pouch to put the cased phone in? The leather pouch also has to have a belt clip for my use.

It should fit. The case does not add much bulk at all.
