Hey gb, thanks for the help on the taskbar. I changed the color and touched up the icons to make them transparent. Everything looks good. I just need to find the HTC sync icon to make it transparent.

Just remove the Cube...
* Delete Cube files.
/system/app/CubeLauncher.apk
/system/lib/libcascades-3.5.4.so
/system/lib/libcascades_jni-3.5.4.so
/system/lib/cascades_plugins-3.5.4/libhoudini.so
and delete the /system/lib/cascades_plugins-3.5.4 folder
reboot

Nice. When you have it done please post the files. You know someone else will want it.
Use Bare + Sense. No cube that way.
You'll want to remove the libraries as well, and you need to resign the zip if you go that way.
I'm having a hard time finding the stupid sync icon for when you plug it in. If its the one I think, than its not gonna work. You know where I can find it? I'm gonna try and sign it so it can be flashed.

Haha yea I saw that, but for some reason its not making the change. I grabbed them and made them transparent. I pushed them back to my phone, but it didnt change. I did however change the Messages icon a different color other than green.
Ok, so here is what im working on...If anyone shows interest i'll zip it, sign it and make it flashable.

hey does 1.5c bare have a music player? i put that on and now I dont see music or media anywhere?? and actually reading and the bare doesnt have a music player? is their an apk or something I can get to add it without adding the senseui addon?

There is no vanilla music player for 1.5 on CDMA devices. Your choices would be to build it from the AOSP tree, download a third party app from the market, or push the HTC music player to the phone. The framework is still in place so the HTC one will work fine if you want to push it back in.
Contacts, calendar and dialer are the same way. Vanilla won't work, so we have to use HTC or download/build an alternative.

Ok guys, maybe someone can help with this. I've been running 1.5b w/ kernal. Went to flash 1.5c, everything force closes. Can't even get signal, no bars whatsoever. I obviously am doing something wrong since it's working for every one else. So I flash back to 1.5b and everything works. Any suggestions or maybe even a tutorial for us newbies. Thanks.
