Certain website(s?) Move slow or not at all only using at&t data

But the rest download fine and this particular site

struggles but not over wifi. Any ideas why one particular site would struggle like this? Actually it might have to do with JavaScript or something like that because so far I'm noticing that it's when I try to refresh results(just plug in "Smith John" if you want to look) by the order of a column's criteria by clicking on the link/button it works at first, but not anymore til I restart my phone. Can't imagine how the data connection would affect this. Any ideas?

That site moves right along for me at this time (20:10 PST)
Using FireFox browser from Seattle.

Thanks. Strange. Did you try resorting the results several times? I can only do it once or twice

From what I remember, I only changed the sorting once.
