Change homepage when rooting?

Well I'm interested in changing my home page from sprint powerdeck to http://homepage (phone flashed to cricket). When I clear browser data, home page goes back to sprint

You dont have to clear browser data, it will automatically revert to Sprint. Just go into the settings menu in the browser and select Set home page.

Oh I mean I clear the data when the data size is more than 10megs. I don't want my home page to reset to sprints, I want it so when I clear data it goes to http://homepage (cricket clearwire)

I think you want to clear cache instead of data. Your home page should stick and you reduce memory usage.
