I changed my System Language to Espanol (Argentina), I've tried others as well, and it changes most of the phone's screens but all of the Settings screen (gear icon) remain mostly in English. How can I change the Settings screen to be in Espanol as well? I know it can work because my old Android phone is all in Spanish.

Edit: Samsung A53

Canada, how do I change it? Seems to be missing localized settings page. It was an unlocked phone.

Right but this wasn't a carrier model - it was unlocked. We used an Argentine SIM.

It seems a limitation related to the local variant in Canada (carrier and unlocked devices). Some people with the same problem managed to fix it changing the firmware at a Samsung Store. Is there any Store close to you?

Go into settings>general management> going each menu there some that offer to change language but Samsung are by region so I don't think your going change everything from Canada version to language you want
